Leveling

GLP288	Can be used in all system of powder coatings. Dosage: 1-1.5%wt.
GLP388	Can be used in all system of powder coatings. Dosage: 0.7-1.5%wt.
GLP588	Can be used in all system of powder coatings. Dosage: 0.7-1.5%wt.
GLP788	Can be used in all system of powder coatings. Dosage: 5-1.2%wt.
GLP1202	Can be used in all system of powder coatings. Dosage: 0.5-1.5%wt.
BLC701	Can be used in all system of powder coatings. Dosage: 0.5-1.5%wt.
BLC701B	Can be used in all system of powder coatings. Dosage: 0.5-1.5%wt.
GLP100	Can be used in all system of powder coatings. Dosage: 0.7-2%.

Flowing

Anti-Scratch Agent	W-1	It can help to reduce the film melt viscosity. W-1 advances the fluidity of the melt coatings. The dosage of W-1 is about 0.5-1.5%wt.

Degassing

Benzoin	An organic compound which is used for degassing in powder coating. Dosage is about 0.3-0.8% of whole formulation.
Benzoin (Powder)	Can be applied in all system powder coating. Dosage is between 0.36-0.96%.
XP103	Can be applied in all system powder coating. The dosage of XP103 is 1-3%.

Hardeners

Hardener	TGIC	It’s widely used as a curing agent (cross-linker) for outdoor polyester powder coatings. high-temperature
Curing Agent	T105	Is suitable for the production of outdoor polyester powder coating (HAA). weather resistance low toxicity and no skin irritation
Curing Agent	T105M	Is suitable for the production of outdoor polyester powder coating (HAA). weather resistance Low toxicity, no corrosion, no flammability, no irritant to skin, good durability. low toxicity and no skin irritation
Epoxy Curing Agent	GHF2250	Is a kind of phenolic resin which can cure fast under low temperature. It Can react with normal epoxy resin. It Can react with normal epoxy resin.
Epoxy Curing Agent	DICY	It is used as curing agent in pure epoxy powder coatings. It is characteristics of good adhesion.
Hardener & Accelerator	JG803A	Can be used as hardener in high reactive epoxy resin powder coating and as accelerator in dicyandiamide or hybrid powder coating.

Matt Hardener	XG603-1A	Can be applied both in pure epoxy and hybrid powder coating. Gloss range from 5-10% in epoxy coating and 10-70% in Hybrid coatings.> Color & gloss stability under normal baking conditions.
Matt Hardener	XG603-1B	Can be applied both in pure epoxy and hybrid powder coating. Gloss range from 10-70% in Hybrid coatings. Gloss range from 5-10% in epoxy coating	–
Matting Agent	XG610B	Can be applied in hybrid powder coating. Gloss range from 5-25%
Matting Agent	XG610H	Can be applied in hybrid powder coating. The dosage of XG610H is 1-5%. Gloss range from 4-40%	–
Matting Agent	XG620A	Can be applied in hybrid powder coating. The dosage of XG620A is 1-4%. Gloss range from 5-15%	–
Matting Agent	XG640A	Can be applied in hybrid powder coating. The dosage of XG610H is 1-5%. Gloss range from 2-40%	–
Matting Agent	XG640B	Can be applied in hybrid powder coating. The dosage of XG610H is 1-5%. Gloss range from 2-3%	–
Matting Agent	XG640K	Can be applied in hybrid powder coating. The dosage of XG640K is 1-3%. It is suitable for 10-30% gloss formulations. Gloss range from 10-30%	–
Matt Hardener	XG605W	Can be applied in TGIC or hybrid powder coating system. The dosage of XG605W is 5-8% of resins, suitable for matt finishes with 30-60% gloss(°60) Gloss range from 30-60%	–
Matting Agent	XG607C	Is kind of composite matting agent. Gloss range from 20-50%
Matt Hardener	XG628	Is kind of composite matting agent. The dosage of XG607C is 3-7%. Gloss range from 8-40%	–
Matt Hardener	XG665	Can be applied in HAA or TGIC powder coatings system. In HAA systems gloss level is less than 5% @°60 angel. In TGIC system, it’s less than 20%	–

Special texture

Application	Code	Description
Special Texture Agent	XG605-1A	Is specially made for producing wrinkle powder coatings. It is mostly applied in Epoxy, Hybrid powder coatings systems.
Cameo Agent	BBM	Is poly-acrylate which may be used to produce hammer tone powder coatings. It is mostly applied in Epoxy, Hybrid powder coatings systems.
Sand-Texture Agent	SW301B	Is specially made for producing Sand-texture powder coatings. The dosage of SW301B is about 0.02-0.5% . Can be used in all system of powder coatings.
Sand-Texture Agent	SW301C	Is specially made for producing Sand-texture powder coatings. The dosage of SW301C is about 0.5-1.0%. Can be used in all system of powder coatings.

Anti-Scratch

Anti-Scratch Agent	MR-1	An organic compound which is used for degassing in powder coating. Dosage is 0.1-0.6%.

Charge control

Application	Code	Description	TDS
Anti-Static Agent	DH-103	Its used to adjust the conductivity of powder coating. DH103 can minimize the Faraday Effect and improve the coating ratio esp. Minimizes Faraday effect and improves coverage. There is no problem with yellowing. Dosage: 0.1-0.5% based on total amount. It does not contain any catalyst and improves flowability.
Triboelectric Agent	TB-1	Can be used in all system of powder coatings. Improve the electric charging property of the powder. Dosage: 1-4%.
